Concrete batching plant is an equipment for production of concrete mixture, which widely used in large and medium-sized water conservancy, electric power, bridge and other projects.
Concrete batching plant is mainly composed of several major systems and other auxiliary facilities, such as the mixer, weighing system, conveying system, storage system and control system.

1.High-efficiency mixing system
The mixer is welded by a robot welding system, which greatly promoted the production quality and efficiency; The sealing is imported, which ensures the quality and efficiency of the mixer.
2.High-quality batching system
The main components are all domestic famous brand with high reliability; The structure is solid and stable. Four kinds of aggregates could be weighed simultaneously which greatly improves the efficiency; The precision is high by the processing of rough-fine weighing; There is screw tension device at the end to adjust the tension of the belt at any time. The head of the belt conveyor is equipped with a cover to effectively prevent spilling; and vibrators in aggregate hoppers and scales ensure quick weighing and discharging.
3.High-stability belt conveyor
The conveyor is enclosed, dust-proof, anti-falling and eco-friendly; Dual platform makes convenient maintenance; Sky-blue rain-proof shed looks beautiful; Automatic centering by forward-inclined roller effectively prevents deviation, emergency-stop pull rope ensures safe operation; Centralized collection of spilled material makes cleaning very easy.
4.High-precision weighing
The parts for weighing, controlling and signal conversion are of world famous brands. Load cell is high-precision. Various materials are weighed individually (or accumulatively) with stable performance and accurate results. The domestic famous pneumatic butterfly valves are with good tightness and reliable in operation; Rough-fine weighing process of water and additive makes high accuracy.
