RAP Recycling Plant
RAP recycling plant can recycle asphalt pavement, save a lot of bitumen, sand and other materials, and is helpful to the treatment of waste materials and environmental protection. The recycling equipment recycles, heats, crushes and screens the old asphalt pavement mixture then mix them with the recycling agent, new bitumen and new aggregate in a certain proportion to form a new mixture and pave it.

Recycling bitumen from old materials and reducing the occupation of new high-quality bitumen resources are of great significance to relieve the resource pressure of being a big import country of oil (a big import country of road bitumen)
RAP Hot Recycling Plant
RAP hot recycling plant is to transport the old asphalt back to the mixing plant after digging from the pavement for centralized crushing in the plant. According to the quality requirements of different layers of the pavement, design the adding proportion of the old asphalt then mix it with new bitumen and aggregate in mixer according to a certain proportion to form the new mixture and obtain the excellent recycled asphalt and pave into recycled asphalt pavement.
Compared with other recycling methods, the plant-mix recycled material is treated by heating, with high RAP mixing accuracy, the quality of the mixture is good, which could meet the quality requirements of the conventional mixture. The old material proportion could reach as high as 30% ~ 50%.
RAP Cold Recycling Plant
RAP cold recycling plant is to transport the recycled asphalt pavement materials to the mixing plant, after crushing and screening, mix it with new aggregate, active filler with a certain proportion. It is a regeneration technology of asphalt pavement. It is mainly used in the overhaul project of different grade highway and city road. For the old materials which can not be recycled by heat regeneration (such as modified asphalt mixture, mixture which is seriously aged and difficult to be recycled), it can effectively solve the problem.
The cold recycling process is simple, and the utilization rate of the old asphalt could reach to 100%, thus avoiding the waste and pollution of the old asphalt. Compared with the traditional asphalt pavement maintenance method, it can save a lot of bitumen, sand and other raw materials with obvious effect of energy saving and emission reduction, and conforms to the theme of green environmental protection and sustainable development. The cold regeneration process is used in construction, with fast progress, early traffic opening, non-closing construction with smooth traffic. It has obvious economic and social benefits with good market prospects. Now it is widely used in the world.
