Mixing tower 

The vibrating screen is twin-shaft screen using German technology. The twin shaft is outside of the screen body and the bearing adopts special oil lubrication mode of European technology, which is very convenient for maintenance. The screen is fixed by a quick spring hook to make the replacement fast and convenient. The hot bin is equipped with an insulation system. The aggregate twice-weighing realizes rough-precise weighing and the automatic fall correction mode is effective to minimize the error. For large tonnage of aggregate double scale is used for simultaneous and separate weighing to ensures both accuracy and efficiency. The mixer is driven by synchro double hard-tooth reducer with European technology. The load cell is imported, with high accuracy to meet the strict requirements of road construction. The unique rotary discharging gate is controlled by double cylinders with short discharging time and good sealing effect. The lining board and blades are made of high-strength durable cast iron and the service life reaches to 100000 batches.
