The hardware of control system includes control cabin, PC console, PLC control cabinet with German SIEMENS components, electric cabinet unit, power cables and accessories, control cables and accessories and air conditioner etc. The software part includes software control unit of our asphalt mixing plant production process. This control technology is based on German SIEMENS PLC technology. The whole asphalt mixture production process realizes automatic control, semi-auto control and manual control. It could produce strictly according to the construction requirements, with animation showing the process. The parameter setting and modification are all completed by computer. It has the function of recipe storage, automatic fall correction, time adjustment, calibration, dynamic tracking of bitumen-aggregate ration, automatic fault diagnosis, automatic alarming, data printing and storing.
